Hi my name is Stephanie, and I have a baker's heart trapped in an engineer's body. I guess I should start off by defending my name. It's true- I'm a mess. My kitchen is coated in powdered sugar every time I make frosting. My roommate finds nonpareils for days after I spill half a bottle. The table is covered in what turns out to be a rather modern colored-chocolate piece of splatter art. But I promise my end results come out looking rather beautiful, if I do say so myself. It's just not always a pretty ride, and I’ll be sure to post photos of any and all messes I manage to get myself into! As a recent college grad with a need for my fulltime income, pursuing my dreams of owning a bakery is a ways down the road. So for now there’s no better way to share my creations than to start a blog and share with you all!
